We are on the lookout for a skilled and innovative Social Media Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic digital environment. You will manage and optimize digital channels, collaborate on content creation and drive strategies to enhance brand visibility and achieve measurable business goals across multiple platforms.

What will your day look like?

• Plan, implement and optimize campaigns across social media platforms (Google Ads, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging, SEO-optimized content.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to generate actionable insights and reports.
• Develop and execute campaign strategies, including boosting posts and ensuring timely delivery of content.
• Optimize website content, structure, and performance to improve search rankings and paid ad effectiveness.
• Create and manage high-quality, creative content (text, graphics, videos) aligned with brand identity.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to implement innovative strategies.
• Design comprehensive social media marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and target audience.


You are the Social Media Specialist we are looking for if you have:

• BS degree in Marketing, Advertising or equivalent.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English (French is a plus).
• Strong skills in content creation.
• Strong knowledge of SEO principles and tools.
• Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.)
• Proactive mindset.
• Active listening skills
