Develop the Area strategy in alignment with the Operations Manager
- Approves annual budgets .
- Assist in the development of operations policies and procedures .
- Participates in the creation & update of recipes.
- Monitors the financial performance of corresponding restaurants.
- Ensures guest satisfaction along entire allocated area.
- Contributes in the success marketing campaigns .
- Ensures adherence to quality standards.
- Reports daily on the status and progress of operations to the Operations Manager.
- Performs corrective measures in cases of noncompliance.
- Ensures adequate staffing levels.
- Trains and develops the restaurant managers.
- Coordinates with the Main Kitchen and to ensure availability and quality of products.
- Performs other responsibilities assigned by the Operations Manager
