The Assistant Treasury in charge\Accountant is responsible for performing several accounting related duties and assist the treasury in charge with his daily tasks:
Ø Assist in collecting receipts and ensuring accuracy of numbers
Ø Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
Ø Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments
Ø Process payments and refunds
Ø Resolve billing and customer credit issues
Update account status records and collection efforts
Ø Monitoring the cash management process and determine accuracy of cash reporting
Ø Assist in maintaining cash flow by managing cash forecasting models and monitoring bank balances and cash requirements
Ø Ensure compliance with weekly and monthly collateral reporting
Ø Ensure compliance with bank credit agreement(s)
Ø Assist in Treasury Operations activities including Process transactions, Administer banking and other Treasury systems.
Ø Manage and book specific sales vouchers related to selective products as assigned from time to time
Ø Reconcile suppliers accounts transactions
Ø Handle Payables and Receivables in coordination with superiors
Ø Work Closely with Accountant and Chief Accountant to Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
Ø Assist in other functions of the department whenever needed and as assigned to him/her from time to time by the Chief Accountant
Ø Reinforce financial data confidentiality and handle filing
Ø Comply with financial policies and regulations
Minimum Education: University Bachelor’s degree In business administration, accounting or Finance
or Superior Technical Degree (T.S) from Technical institute.
Minimum Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in Finance /Accounting
