Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect with 5 to 7 years of experience to lead our architecture office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a deep understanding of architectural design and project development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from conceptual design through execution.
• Develop high-quality, detailed execution documents with precision.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Generate and oversee the creation of bill of quantities.
• Utilize advanced rendering and 3D modeling techniques, primarily using 3DS Max.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members, providing clear updates and guidance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of architectural experience.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3DS Max/Vray, Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong experience in conceptual design and project development.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and creating bill of quantities.
• Excellent rendering and 3D modeling skills, with a focus on 3DS Max.
• Flawless communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
