Position Overview : Sales Representative.
Join the Sandra Mansour team as a Sales Service Representative in Beirut, where you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This full-time, on-site position involves assisting clients, processing transactions, and offering detailed product insights to ensure every customer feels valued. You’ll also handle inquiries, resolve issues, and contribute to the collective success of the sales team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver outstanding customer service to uphold Sandra Mansour's luxury brand standards.
- Guide clients through the purchasing process with in-depth product knowledge.
- Assist with sales transactions and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and elevate customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For :
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or retail, ideally in a luxury fashion environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse clientele.
- Strong understanding of fashion industry trends and appreciation for luxury craftsmanship.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written); French is a plus.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Odoo system is a plus.
Previous experience in luxury fashion retail is a significant advantage.
