Role Summary:
The Quality and Compliance Manager is responsible for:
- Leading the implementation of ISO9001 Quality Management System (QMS) as well as other future quality certifications
- Ensuring that all documentation, policies, and procedures are up to date, organized, and correctly applied and meet the Standards that are applicable at Wakilni, including ISO and others.
The candidate should stay up to date on best industry practices and any changes in Global Standards that Wakilni applies, and create, modify, and communicate the needed documentation.
He/She will work closely with Heads of Departments to ensure all needed documentation is up to date and will conduct regular internal audits and be involved in rectifying reported weaknesses with Heads of Departments.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, law, business administration or any other relevant field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluent in English and Arabic, both oral and written
