The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing Administration and support for the procurement department in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
-Prepare Purchase Order for suppliers Promedic Group
-Maintain filing for procurement department.
-Make travel arrangements, issuing tickets, prepare visa’s document and maintain travel vouchers and records.
-Follow up the shipments with the supplier and the forwarder.
-Prepare the SPO file for the procurement department.
-Pricing or prepare analysis for each offer for the sales department showing the selling price.
-Prepare Insurance for employees, office and goods
-Update calendar for legal or other documents expiry date (Commercial circulars, water, rental office, subscriptions)
-Typing all kind of documents related to management
-Prepare sales report related to Promedic Group during the absence of the sales administrative assistant.
-Operate office equipment when needed such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems.
-Performs other related duties as required
Skill and Experience
Bachelors in Administration
At Least 2 Years experience in Admin and procurement
English and Arabic, French is a plus
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills, Computer Literacy & Networking experience and Presentable
