Presentail is looking for a Customs Compliance Specialist to join our Achrafieh office. We are seeking an individual with a strong understanding of customs regulations and procedures to ensure seamless international shipping of our products.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all customs regulations and documentation requirements for international shipments
- Work closely with logistics partners to facilitate smooth customs clearance processes
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide accurate information for customs declarations
- Monitor changes in customs laws and regulations to ensure company compliance
- Resolve any customs-related issues or delays in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Proven experience in customs compliance, preferably in an e-commerce environment
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
