Key Responsibilities:

Food and Beverage Delivery:

Deliver orders from the kitchen to customers quickly and accurately.
Ensure food is served at the correct temperature and in a timely manner.
Assist in coordinating food orders with kitchen staff to avoid delays or mistakes.
Customer Service:

Greet guests in a friendly manner when delivering food and beverages.
Assist with refills, condiments, and any special customer requests.
Ensure guest satisfaction by communicating effectively and responding to any immediate needs.
Collaborate with Service Team:

Work closely with servers to ensure that all orders are delivered promptly and accurately.
Assist servers with clearing tables, refilling drinks, and resetting for new guests.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and managers to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain Cleanliness:

Ensure that the dining area remains clean, including clearing dirty dishes from tables.
Help maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen pass and dining room, especially after food deliveries.
Ensure proper hygiene and food safety standards are followed at all times
