The organization optimizes the collection, sorting, upcycling, and resale of second-hand clothes through sustainable brands, offering affordable clothing to marginalized communities while reducing environmental impact.



Role Description

Picking items from donations that fit vintage and thrift styles.
Create looks for social media.
Update system and day to day entries of sales.
Overlook monthly cycle count. Lead product display, ensuring alignment with market demands.
Analyze consumer trends and competitor offerings to strategize product differentiation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new products that meet customer needs.
Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse team to optimize replenishment process.
Implement strategies to improve inventory accuracy and prevent overstocking.


Qualifications

Analytical Skills and Negotiation Skills
Strong Communication Skills
Experience in Purchasing and Sales
Knowledge of fashion industry trends and brands
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Interest in sustainability and social impact in fashion
Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field
Excel, Basic Digital knowledge (stories, posts), LS retail, basic system knowledge
