• Prepare, maintain, and file as hard copy all documents related to operations for audit purposes (such as purchase request forms, requests for quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents) and enter them properly into the system.
• Arrange orders of the missing goods with the suppliers by negotiating with them about the goods and the offers in order to make good deals.
• Doing research and keeping updated about new suppliers or other tasks upon the manager’s requests
• Check before receiving the goods procured from the supplier that are matched with the quotations signed and approved by the procurement manager regarding the quantity, quality, and prices.
• Entering in a proper way the goods to the stock and controlling on a daily basis the quantity
• Coordinate and follow up with the suppliers and the team on site directly or through the phone regarding the procurement and logistics procedures (orders, delivery of orders, orders receivable, after procurement…).
• Making inventories and submitting reports to the procurement manager in a fixed timing as requested
• Meet customers directly in their stores and purchase the missing products from the suppliers when needed
• Other tasks as per requested from managers
