About the Role:

We are seeking a highly talented and motivated Digital Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Digital Designer, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing and creating visually engaging designs for various digital platforms. Your primary focus will be on producing high-quality social media content, email marketing designs (EDMs), online advertisements, and other digital assets.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design visually compelling graphics for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Create engaging and effective email marketing designs (EDMs) that drive audience engagement and conversions.
• Design eye-catching online advertisements in various formats (display ads, banner ads, social media ads) optimized for different platforms and devices.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all digital channels.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ideas and execute creative concepts.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, particularly in the digital space.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for web and mobile viewing.
• Adhere to project deadlines and maintain a high level of quality.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Digital Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in social media graphics, EDM design, and online advertising.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and other relevant design software.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Excellent visual communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for digital design and a keen interest in the latest trends.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with motion graphics and animation.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Familiarity with social media marketing and online advertising strategies.
