TikTok Account Manager | Beirut, Lebanon

Reporting to: Operation Manager

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned streamers, fostering long-term relationships.
• Ensure streamers are informed, trained, and supported by recruiters.
• Track and analyze streamer performance metrics, ensuring goals are met.
• Manage multiple streamer accounts, addressing any issues and providing solutions.
• Collaborate with content teams to create tailored advice, mood boards, and storyboards.
• Identify growth opportunities for streamers and optimize engagement.
• Support agency performance targets through effective account management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to reduce turnover and enhance agency reputation.
• Recruit new streamers, helping them grow their portfolios.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
• Experience in account management, social media, or administrative support.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
• Ability to work with creative teams and manage multiple accounts.
