Responsibilities:
Corporate Branding & Communication:
-Assist, execute, develop and implement new companies uplifts and brand identity including logos, guidelines and group brand architecture.
-Ensure all designs adhere to the company’s brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and professional identity across platforms.
-Maintain proper archive of all digital artwork (illustrations, photos, logos…) related to represented brands.
Digital & Print Assets:
-Design assets for digital campaigns, including website banners, email newsletters, e-catalogs, social media content, online ads, and offline contents.
-Assist in developing short animations or videos when required.
-Prepare print-ready files for catalogs, flyers, company profile, and promotional materials.
-Request quotations from suppliers and coordinate printing & deliveries.
Photo Editing:
-Collaborate with photographers and marketing teams to edit and enhance product visuals for campaigns.
Product Visualization:
-Develop high-quality product visuals, including furniture renderings, room settings, and mock-ups for promotions and campaigns.
-Collaborate with the outsource photography team to edit and enhance product images.
Content Development:
- Write clear, creative, and engaging copy for product descriptions, marketing materials, social media posts, website content, and advertising campaigns.
-Craft persuasive headlines, taglines, and calls-to-action that resonate with target audiences.
Trend Awareness:
-Stay up to date with design trends, furniture market aesthetics, and customer preferences to incorporate fresh ideas into designs.
-Research competitor visuals and identify ways to set the brand apart.
Merchandising:
-Design and execute promotional displays (panel, stands…) for fairs and exhibitions and showrooms.
-Provide quotations for production and follow up on production and delivery.
Collaboration:
-Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective visual solutions.
-Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for campaigns and product launches.
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree of Graphic Design. MBA is a plus
-Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in similar position. Preferably in retail, furniture, or lifestyle industries.
-Read, speak and write Arabic and English. French is a plus
-Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
-Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.
-Computer literate including knowledge of MS office.
-Professional attitude and appearance.
-Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
-Excellent organizational skills.
-Strong Creativity skills
