RECEPTIONIST

Job Brief:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality or similar role, be fluent in both English and French, and possess excellent communication skills.
This role is crucial as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

Responsibilities
1-Answer Phone Calls: Handle incoming calls from clients, providing information about our services, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate staff members.
2-Welcome Visitors: Greet clients and visitors warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to.
3-Manage Appointments: Schedule appointments for clients and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth operations.
4-Provide Information: Offer information about our printing services, pricing, and work opening times, ensuring clients have all the details they need.
5-Maintain Reception Area: Keep the front desk area organized and presentable at all times.
6-Assist with Administrative Tasks: Support administrative functions as needed, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
7-Handle Client Inquiries: Address client inquiries and concerns effectively, escalating issues to management when necessary.

Requirements
•Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist, customer service, hospitality or in a similar role is preferred.
•Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and French; additional language skills are a plus.
•Education: Bachelors in hospitality or business administration is preferable.
•Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills with a pleasant demeanor when interacting with guests.
•Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
