Job Responsibilities:
• Provide general administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
• Assist in compliance checks, ensuring all company practices align with regulatory standards.
• Maintain and organize company records, ensuring all documentation is up to date and accurate.
• Oversee and manage petty cash, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and reconciled.
• Support in preparing reports and documentation for internal and external audits.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as required to support the smooth running of the business.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of office procedures and business operations.
• Familiarity with compliance regulations and petty cash management.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
