The Reservation Agent is responsible for managing guest bookings efficiently and professionally while ensuring a seamless reservation experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide personalized service in a luxury hotel setting.
Guest Reservations:

Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a prompt and courteous manner.
Process individual and group reservations accurately using the hotel’s reservation system.
Upsell and promote hotel services, packages, and amenities to maximize revenue.
System Management:

Update and maintain reservation records, ensuring accuracy in guest profiles and booking details.
Monitor room availability and coordinate with the Front Office and Sales teams to manage overbookings or special requests.
Customer Service:

Provide personalized service by understanding guest preferences and tailoring recommendations accordingly.
Resolve guest concerns or issues related to bookings with professionalism and care.
Reporting & Collaboration:

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports for management.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Front Office, Housekeeping) to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Policies & Procedures:

Ensure adherence to the hotel’s reservation policies, including cancellations, modifications, and payment terms.
Stay updated on promotions, discounts, and seasonal packages to provide accurate information to guests.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in hotel reservations or a similar role is preferred.
Proficiency in hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera, Protel, or equivalent).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
