Description:
We are seeking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals in the hair and beauty field.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Visit hair salons and potential customers to evaluate needs or promote products and services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate collaboration and achievement of desired business results.
• Resolve customers' complaints by investigating problems and finding the accurate solutions.
• Acquire new customers in order to have a bigger portfolio
• Submit sales and collection reports to the management, in order to take action when needed
• Increase personal knowledge of products, sales techniques, and promotions
• Suggest new sales plans that will help the mutual growth of the company's and client’s businesses
• Recommend action steps to improve market share and distribution coverage to the sales supervisor
• Closely monitor the competition’s products and services by gathering marketplace information (price, new products, merchandising,…)

Requirements and Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in business ,marketing, economics, or related field is a MUST.
• Min 2 years of experience in sales, preferable in the hair and beauty care
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
• A commitment to excellent customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
• Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook
• Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment
