The Storekeeper (StoreK) is responsible for managing the storage and transactions of raw materials, finished products in the showrooms and whose work in progress
Responsibilities

•Ensure control , easy access and accuracy of raw materials and work in progress inventories
•Receive raw materials and record related transaction
•Define codes for all stored materials
•Deliver raw materials to Production and record related transaction
•Monitor work-in-progress storage
•Operate the Inventory functions as per PIMMS application
•Supervise all inventory (including finished products)
•Submit monthly stock-level report and reconcile with accounting
•Assist the Production Manager in defining the re-order level
•Assist the Sales in issuing invoices
•Issue RFP for items reaching the re-order level
•Maintain Physical Stock status as per ISO Requirements (Identification , Labels , etc.)
•Input Data and print invoices for clients
