-         Promote additional products, such as pastries or specials, to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.

-         Confirm and deliver orders promptly and correctly to customers.

-         Address customer concerns or issues related to beverages professionally and escalate as needed.

-         Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth and efficient operations during busy periods.
