About the Role:
Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Project Management Assistant to support various project management activities.
This role involves conducting market research, preparing presentations, and coordinating projects.
The ideal candidate will have excellent research and communication skills, be proficient in English, and be open/able to travel within the Schengen Area as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research to support project decisions and strategy development.
- Prepare and design presentations, reports, and other project documentation.
- Assist in coordinating and tracking project milestones and deadlines.
- Manage project documentation, ensuring all materials are up to date and easily accessible.
- Help with the preparation of project proposals and other required documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to create well-organized, clear, and professional presentations and reports.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel within the Schengen Area as needed.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in finance.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Previous experience in multi-cultural work environment.
