Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Track project costs, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies.
• Prepare detailed cost control reports and assist in audits.
• Collaborate with project managers to review project performance and provide financial insights.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and cost control procedures.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 8 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of cost control principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
