As a Commis Waiter, you will assist the service team in delivering a memorable dining experience for guests. Your role involves providing seamless support during service, maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area, and ensuring that guests' needs are attended to promptly. Key Responsibilities:
Service Support:

Assist in setting up and clearing tables in accordance with hotel standards.
Ensure prompt delivery of food and beverages from the kitchen or bar to the table.
Support the Head Waiter and service team during busy periods.
Guest Interaction:

Provide courteous and attentive service to all guests.
Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, ensuring satisfaction.
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
Preparation & Cleanliness:

Prepare the dining area before service, including arranging tables, chairs, and place settings.
Ensure that cutlery, glassware, and tableware are clean and polished.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas during and after service.
Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
Communicate effectively with colleagues to meet guests’ needs efficiently.
Participate in training sessions to improve skills and service quality.
Standards & Compliance:

Follow the hotel’s standard operating procedures and service etiquette.
Adhere to hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times.
Report any service or maintenance issues to the supervisor promptly.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
