We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cash Van Salesman to build strong relationships with clients, promote our products, and achieve sales targets in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship & Sales Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients to promote and sell company products.
• Provide exceptional customer service by offering advice on product selection and stock levels.
• Achieve sales and collection targets in line with the company’s annual sales plan.
Product & Inventory Management:
• Ensure proper product presentation, quality, and display at customer outlets.
• Monitor stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment and applying FIFO principles for inventory management.
• Manage and safeguard inventory, conducting accurate and timely stock counts and transfers as needed.
Reporting & Compliance:
• Prepare and submit daily call reports summarizing activities, results, and follow-up actions.
• Strictly adhere to company policies and procedures, including invoicing, order transfers, and operational guidelines.
Van & Logistics Management:
• Maintain the company van in excellent condition, adhering to road safety regulations and conducting routine maintenance checks.
• Support efficient delivery of products to clients while ensuring timely and accurate documentation.

What You’ll Need:
Qualifications:
• Intermediate Education; high school diploma is a plus.
Experience:
• 0–3 years in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in FMCG
