We are seeking a highly organized Administrative & Office Manager to handle day-to-day office operations, data entry, and support administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functioning and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general administrative tasks, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
• Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment.
• Enter and maintain accurate data in various systems.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
• Coordinate meetings and maintain office calendars.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in office administration or data entry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Strong communication skills
