Job Summary:
The Revenue Assurance Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the revenue streams for the telecom operator. This position is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and mitigating revenue leakage across various products, services, and systems. The ideal candidate will leverage data analysis, system audits, and process reviews to maintain optimal revenue performance and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Revenue Assurance Operations:
- Monitor, analyze, and reconcile revenue streams to identify discrepancies and potential revenue leakages.
- Perform end-to-end audits of billing systems, mediation platforms, and service activation processes.
- Perform reconciliation between billing and financial systems (accounting, cash collection, etc.)
• Data Analysis:
- Extract, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify anomalies or irregularities in revenue reporting.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track revenue KPIs and trends.
• Process Improvement:
- Identify root causes of revenue leakage and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (billing, IT, network, finance, marketing, commercial) to improve processes and implement revenue assurance controls.
• System Monitoring:
- Validate new products, services, and tariff plans to ensure accurate billing and rating.
- Monitor system upgrades or changes for potential revenue assurance risks.
• Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal audit requirements.
- Prepare periodic revenue assurance reports and present findings to management.

Key Requirements:
• Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, computer science, telecommunications, or a related field.
• Experience:
- Experience in telecom operations, or a similar analytical role.
- Familiarity with telecom revenue streams, systems, and processes.
• Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Understanding of telecom systems (e.g., billing systems, mediation platforms, and CRM).
• Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying issues
