We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills and fluency in French. This role involves a combination of business development and project coordination, focusing on generating leads, following up with potential clients, and managing various types of projects. The candidate must be willing to travel for client visits, exhibitions, and conferences.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Follow-Up:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Engage with potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and follow-ups.
- Schedule and conduct meetings to show our services and understand client needs.
Project Coordination:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of research, feasibility studies, business plans, and market research projects.
- Coordinate project timelines and ensure they meet client expectations and goals.
- Collaborate with the operational team to ensure smooth project execution.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Conduct detailed market and industry research to inform project strategies and recommendations.
- Analyze data related to industrial processes and performance metrics.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation summarizing findings, insights, and strategic recommendations.
Proposal Preparation & Deal Closure:
- Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals to potential clients.
- Follow up with clients to address any questions or concerns and provide additional information as needed.
- Work towards finalizing deals and securing long-term partnerships.
Client Interaction & Travel:
- Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and client visits to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Gather client requirements, provide project updates, and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, chemical engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Fluency in French is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
