Location: Beirut, Lebanon (Hybrid)

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our team and lead the execution of cutting-edge solar energy projects, with a special focus on hybrid systems and energy storage solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of solar energy projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Oversee the design, engineering, and implementation phases of projects.
- Handle presales activities, including evaluating client requirements, preparing technical proposals, and supporting the sales team in closing deals.
- Proactively manage project leads, turning opportunities into successful projects.
- Focus on hybrid projects and energy storage systems, driving technical excellence and innovation.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Serve as a technical expert, providing guidance to the team and clients on best practices and advanced solutions.
Requirements:- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing solar energy projects.
- Strong expertise in presales, lead handling, system design, and implementation of renewable energy solutions.
- Proven track record in hybrid systems and energy storage technologies.
- Exceptional project management and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid (office and remote) setup.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
