Human Resources & Talent Acquisition Manager


Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource & Talent Acquisition Manager to lead HR operations and talent acquisition efforts on a global scale. This role will oversee employees across multiple regions, including the GCC, China, and Europe. The ideal candidate will excel in developing strategies to attract top talent, managing HR policies and procedures, and fostering a cohesive and inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to recruit top talent across diverse regions.
  • Manage HR operations for employees in GCC, China, and Europe, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and global standards.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding processes.
  • Design and execute programs to enhance employee engagement and well-being across different cultural contexts.
  • Collaborate with regional managers to understand workforce needs and provide strategic HR support.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies to align with organizational goals and regional requirements.
  • Ensure seamless communication between teams located in different time zones and regions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in HR management and talent acquisition for multinational teams.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices in multiple regions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
  • Flexibility to travel internationally as needed.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in creating a unified employee experience across culturally diverse teams.
