Rainman Solutions is on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Account Executive to join our team and play a key role in expanding our influencer campaigns and database.

• Drive New Business: Identify and onboard new influencer campaigns by building and nurturing relationships with brands, agencies, and influencers.
• Expand Influencer Network: Grow and manage our influencer database, ensuring a diverse range of talent across different niches and platforms.
• Build Relationships: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with influencers and secure exclusive partnership deals.
• Campaign Execution: Oversee the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality performance.
• Strategic Partnerships: Develop and implement strategies to increase Rainman’s visibility and credibility in the influencer marketing space.
• Achieve Revenue Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by securing new campaigns and partnerships.
  

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or influencer marketing.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, social media platforms, and industry trends.
• Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, brands, and agencies.
• Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to pitch and present effectively.
• Self-Starter: Ability to work independently in a remote environment, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven role.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
