Presentail is looking for an E-commerce Specialist to join our Achrafieh office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the online store and website, ensuring all products are accurately listed and updated
- Optimize product listings for search engines to drive traffic and increase conversions
- Monitor and analyze online sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Implement strategies to improve user experience and increase customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create campaigns and promotions that drive sales
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support for any online shopping issues
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce
Requirements:
- Proven experience in e-commerce, preferably in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of online sales platforms and website management
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in e-commerce tools and software
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
