We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in spa management, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. As a Spa Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the spa, ensuring that all services are provided to the highest standards, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our clients. You will also be responsible for managing staff schedules, training new employees, and handling customer inquiries and complaints. The Spa Supervisor will work closely with the Spa Manager to develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance the overall client experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the spa industry, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
