We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, managing the culinary team, and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.


*Key Responsibilities:

Directing and supervising food preparation and cooking processes

Constructing and updating menus with new and existing culinary creations

Approving and polishing dishes before they reach the customer

Managing kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling

Ensuring compliance with nutrition, sanitation, and safety standards

Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed


*Requirements:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role

Exceptional kitchen management skills

Strong leadership and communication abilities

Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes

Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications

Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
