As a Human Resources Supervisor, you'll report to the Managing Partner, and lead core HR operations to align business goals with employee success. Your contributions will include recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement all while partnering with senior leadership to create a high-performing workplace.
Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Management: Write and post job ads, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the hiring process from end to end.
2. Onboarding Excellence: Ensure smooth transitions for new hires through orientation programs and compliance checks.
3. Performance Oversight: Implement appraisal systems, monitor KPIs, and guide teams towards improvement plans.
4. HR Compliance: Maintain precise personnel records, oversee leave tracking, and enforce company policies.
5. Training & Development: Design impactful training programs to enhance employee skills and align with organizational goals.
6. Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment through conflict resolution, team activities, and wellness programs
