Role Description
This role is for a Sales Business Development Manager at TasteLab, located in Beit Mery, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Business Development Manager will be a self-motivated proactive individual responsible for driving inbound and outbound sales, managing and owning client relationships, and developing new business opportunities (cold calling and active outreach). This role involves owning the sales process from lead generation to closure, maintaining existing accounts, leveraging CRM tools, and expanding the company’s reach through strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales acumen and social media knowledge with innovative business development strategies, to foster growth and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Management: Handle sales inquiries, conduct needs analysis, guide the sales process, and exceed targets.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities, build partnerships, research markets, and execute growth strategies.
- Operations Management: be present during events ensuring streamline communication with operations team and continuous client satisfaction
- Account Management: Maintain client relationships, upsell services, and optimize account performance.
- CRM Management: Leverage CRM tools to track activities, maintain records, and analyze sales data.
- Marketing & PR Support: Collaborate on campaigns, represent the company at events, and create promotional materials: Strategic Planning: Develop growth strategies, analyze metrics, and monitor industry trends.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or account management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Skills:
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and business acumen.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and digital marketing tools.
