About the Role:

Join our dynamic travel-focused team as a Junior Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you’ll blend your creative design skills with a keen understanding of digital marketing trends, helping us shape and maintain a vibrant online presence. From crafting visually stunning social media graphics to executing a structured marketing calendar, you’ll play an integral part in telling our brand’s story across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create Engaging Visual Content:
  • Design compelling digital assets—including social media posts, website banners, promotional flyers, and short videos—that align with our brand identity and captivate our audiences.
  • Manage Online Platforms:
  • Oversee the day-to-day creative output on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. Keep profiles updated, visually consistent, and aligned with ongoing marketing campaigns.
  • Marketing Calendar Execution:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement a content and publishing calendar. This includes conceptualizing themes, scheduling posts, tracking performance, and adjusting strategies based on engagement metrics.
  • Video Content Creation:
  • Produce and edit short, engaging video content to showcase destinations, travel packages, promotions, and customer testimonials—ensuring each piece contributes to our brand narrative.
  • Brand Consistency & Quality Assurance:
  • Maintain a consistent visual style, tone, and messaging across all platforms. Review and refine your work to ensure it meets high-quality standards and effectively communicates key marketing messages.
  • Market & Industry Awareness:
  • Stay informed about the latest design trends, social media best practices, and marketing techniques, especially within the travel sector. Use insights to recommend creative approaches and improve our digital presence.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience:
  • At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, digital marketing, or a related field. Experience within the travel industry is a plus, as it brings valuable context and a deeper understanding of our audience’s needs.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro), Canva, or similar design and video editing tools. Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools for social media management is highly desirable.
  • Marketing Know-How:
  • A working knowledge of marketing principles—particularly social media campaigns, audience targeting, and performance tracking—ensures you can contribute effectively to our broader marketing goals.
  • Attention to Detail & Time Management:
  • Strong organizational skills help you meet deadlines, handle multiple projects concurrently, and ensure each deliverable is polished and professional.
