Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a driven and client-focused Sales Account Manager to oversee client accounts, build good relationships, and drive revenue growth.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to client onboarding, while maintaining exceptional service standards.


Responsibilities


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all account-related inquiries.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold outreach, and referrals.
  • Create compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Work closely with the production, creative, and operations teams to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Regularly track and analyze account performance to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales and account updates to management, including progress against KPIs and client feedback.


Qualifications


  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related role, ideally in an agency or service-based environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
