Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to oversee and manage the daily operations of our accounting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with regulations, and supporting the team to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
•Supervise, monitor, and evaluate the day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
•Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
•Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies, procedures, and systems to improve efficiency.
•Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings.
•Manage and mentor the accounting team, providing training and guidance as needed.
•Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
•Handle audits and coordinate with external auditors or consultants as required.
•Monitor cash flow and manage budgeting processes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
•Proven experience in an accounting or finance role, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
•Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
•Proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
•Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
•Strong leadership and communication abilities.
•Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
