Job Summary:
The Corporate Sales Executive is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing business opportunities by fostering relationships with corporate clients. This role involves understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
o Identify and target potential corporate clients through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
o Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with decision-makers
o Conduct client meetings
2. Sales Strategy and Planning:
o Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
o Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies.
o Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
3. Proposal Development and Negotiation:
o Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
o Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals while maintaining profitability.
o Ensure compliance with company policies during contract execution.
4. Reporting and Performance Tracking:
o Monitor and report on sales performance using CRM tools and other reporting systems.
o Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to management.
o Analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
5. Customer Service and Retention:
o Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
o Work with the account management team to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of services/products.
o Maintain a high client retention rate by delivering superior post-sales support.

Key Skills and Competencies:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in sales and negotiation techniques.
• Solid understanding of B2B sales cycles and processes.
• Ability to analyze market data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in corporate/B2B sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Industry-specific knowledge or experience

Work Environment:
• Predominantly office-based, from time-to-time meeting with the clients
