Our company is seeking a skilled Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team and contribute to our continued success. He will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth for the company. He will build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identify new business opportunities, and close deals. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.


 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
  • Drive sales and business development activities.
  • Focus on identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting IT solutions and services to meet customer needs.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients through effective prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis and present tailored solutions to clients, addressing their specific requirements.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and reports to key stakeholders.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular progress reports to the sales management team.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proven experience in outdoor sales and business development in the IT industry
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of emerging technologies and cybersecurity best practices is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify market trends and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively manage client relationships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track and manage customer interactions.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in sales


The role will require extensive outdoor sales activities such as client visits, presentations, and negotiations.
