We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our products, generating leads, and conducting cold calls to identify and pursue potential customers. You will play a key role in driving our sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent communication and relationship-building skills.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively sell and promote company products to potential and existing customers.
  • Conduct cold calling to identify new sales opportunities and generate leads.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through research and outreach.
  • Build and nurture relationships with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, sales, and client information using CRM software.
  • Follow up on leads promptly and ensure consistent communication with potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and improve lead generation strategies.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a sales representative or in a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with lead generation techniques and cold calling strategies.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus).
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of the industry and product range.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability.
