About the Role:

We are looking for a Part-Time Real Estate Agent with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience to join our agency in Beirut. This role is ideal for a dynamic, proactive individual who is comfortable working in and out of the office, conducting site visits, collecting data, and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct fieldwork to collect real estate data in assigned areas (this is a strictly on-the-ground role, requiring visits to neighborhoods and properties).

• Manage property listings and follow up with leads.

• Meet with clients to understand their needs and provide market insights.

• Coordinate property viewings, negotiate, and close deals.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of proven sales experience (real estate experience is a plus).

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Dynamic, proactive, and comfortable with both office and fieldwork.

• Ability to manage time effectively and meet sales targets.

* Must own a car

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 5 hours/day.

Compensation:

• $500/month + Commission based on closed deals
