Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and passionate UX/UI Designer to lead website projects for our diverse clientele at Adcreators Mena. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating user-centered and visually appealing web experiences that drive engagement and achieve business goals. You will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and developers throughout the entire design process – from conception to launch.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Develop user personas, user journeys, and sitemaps.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
• Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and present design solutions.
• Partner with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Communicate design decisions and rationale clearly to developers and stakeholders.
• Keep abreast of the latest UX/UI design trends and best practices.
• Research and explore new design tools and technologies.
• Share knowledge and expertise with other designers.
• Participate in design reviews and critiques.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing website design projects.
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Deep understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and typography.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate design ideas.
• Ability to analyze user needs and translate them into practical design solutions.
• A team player with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
