We are looking for a skilled Senior IT Officer to lead our IT operations and ensure seamless functionality across systems, networks, and user support. The ideal candidate will have expertise in IT infrastructure management, network security, and user training, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Key responsibilities include:
• User Account Management: Configuring and managing user accounts in Office 365, SharePoint, and other platforms, ensuring appropriate access and permissions, and troubleshooting login and access issues.
• Firewall Configuration & Maintenance: Setting up and monitoring firewalls, maintaining VPNs, and ensuring secure network operations.
• Office 365 & SharePoint Management: Creating and managing email accounts, assigning SharePoint permissions, and troubleshooting system functionality issues.
• Systems Support: Providing support with a focus on user roles, profiles, and permissions in enterprise systems, preferably knowledge in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
• Telecommunications Setup: Configuring and maintaining telecommunication systems such as Avaya, including VoIP, voicemail, and phone extensions.
• Hardware Setup: Deploying and configuring IT equipment, including computers, printers, and other devices, while ensuring proper network integration and functionality.
• Network Configuration: Setting up and troubleshooting routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and VPN to ensure stable connectivity across the organization.
• User Training & Documentation: Providing training for internal systems, creating troubleshooting guides, and offering ongoing IT support to staff.
• General IT Support: Responding to and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, performing routine system checks, and ensuring smooth operations.

Qualifications:
A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support, network administration, and user management.
Hands-on experience with Office 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, and other enterprise applications.
Familiarity with telecommunication systems, particularly Avaya, and networking devices such as routers and switches.
Experience in configuring and maintaining hardware devices (computers, printers, cameras, fingerprint scanners, etc.).
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
