Key Responsibilities:


1. Sales Generation:

  • Identify and approach potential customers (e.g., retailers, automotive workshops, fleet companies).
  • Present and promote tires and related services to prospective clients.


2. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Provide after-sales support and address customer inquiries.


3. Market Research:

  • Monitor competitor activities, prices, and new products in the market.
  • Provide feedback to the sales manager about market trends.


4. Technical Expertise:

  • Explain technical specifications of tires and recommend suitable options based on customer needs (e.g., commercial, passenger, off-road).
  • Advise on tire maintenance and performance optimization.


5. Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales targets.
