Job Overview
We are seeking an Account Manager who will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction,
discovering and pursuing new business opportunities in key regions, and managing existing accounts.
Throughout the project, the Account Manager will provide sponsors or upper management
personnel with detailed reports of the project progression, including budgets, milestones, and
analysis of implementation. The Account Manager will work closely with the sales, business
and technical teams.
Responsibilities
● Ensure client satisfaction by effectively managing relationships, addressing needs, and
resolving concerns.
● Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
● Manage existing accounts by overseeing project progress and ensuring timely delivery.
● Provide detailed reports to sponsors or upper management personnel, including budget
analysis and milestone tracking.
● Collaborate closely with sales, business and technical teams to deliver high-quality
Solutions.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate product ideas to
clients
● Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks and clients at once.
