Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support to join our team at CFI. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible is to providing prompt assistance via multiple channels, resolving client queries on trading platforms and products, offering technical support, providing market information, handling escalations, educating clients on risk management, and gathering feedback for process improvement.

Responsibilities:

-Providing Assistance: Offer prompt and professional assistance to clients via various channels including phone, email, and live chat.

-Resolving Queries: Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints regarding trading platforms, and financial products.

-Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance on using trading platforms, and resolving technical issues.

-Market Information: Offer basic market information, updates, and educational resources to help clients make informed trading decisions.

-Escalation Handling: Escalate complex issues and complaints to relevant departments or management for resolution.

-Client Education: Educate clients on risk management, and other relevant topics to enhance their trading experience and success.

-Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement in products, services, and customer support processes.


Requirements:

-A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

-A customer-centric mindset with a genuine desire to assist clients and resolve their inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.

-Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively assisting clients and conveying complex financial information in a clear and understandable manner.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide appropriate solutions.

-Must be fluent in English and Arabic, both written and verbal. Proficiency in any additional languages would be an advantage.

-Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across different departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery and contribute to a positive team environment.

-Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, handle high-pressure situations, and maintain composure while dealing with challenging client interactions. Additionally, the officer will need to cover various shifts to ensure adequate coverage for client support services.
