Responsibilities:
- Managing emails, organizing schedules, and handling administrative tasks
- Assisting with social media management, content creation, and customer service inquiries
- Researching and compiling information for reports and presentations
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Providing support to the team by completing various tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual communication tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work full-time in the Achrafieh office
