Presentail is looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our Achrafieh office.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing emails, organizing schedules, and handling administrative tasks
  • Assisting with social media management, content creation, and customer service inquiries
  • Researching and compiling information for reports and presentations
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Providing support to the team by completing various tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual communication tools
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work full-time in the Achrafieh office
