Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Helpdesk position at CCI in Beirut. The role involves providing technical support to clients, analyzing issues, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer support.


Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills for Microsoft Windows 10
  • Analytical Skills and Customer Support abilities for End-user.
  • Knowledge of networking and hardware systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office365 and Outlook application.
