CCTV
- Observe continuously all cameras located in the premises
- Notify the Security team about any incident or abnormal behavior
- Daily check up on the functioning of the CCTV system
Operations
- Perform daily mall tour visit to ensure a proper functioning of the premises and raise recommendations when necessary
- Supervise overnight work, tenants’ new implementation and activities and suggest solutions for optimal growth
- Preserve the Mall assets during night shifts
- Deliver the “Lost and Found” items and merchandise to Customer Service department, if any
- Make sure that the Tenant’s staff abide by the set policies, procedures and standards
- Inform the Operations Team on any mall operational mismanagement aiming to ensure a proper functioning of the premises and maintenance of equipment
- Ensure activities meet with organizational requirements for quality management, security control and safety measures
Internal Stakeholder
- Ensure consistent coordination with the operations team for successful initiatives and results;
- Establish solid relationships with different departments and ensure constant coordination for successful initiatives and results;
Reports
- Report operational activities, incidents and other difficulties to the Mall Supervisors and ensure proper follow up;
- Send daily reports to the CCTV Supervisor and Security Manager;
- Prepare and submit the “night report” and address any incident pertaining the Department Store and Tenants;
Team Supervision
- Supervise the CCTV team, provide continuous guidance and support to maintain a high level of motivation and productivity
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coordinate with the direct manager to identify training needs and follow up on development plans
- Coach the team, develop the capabilities and evaluate performance for a solid succession plan
- Plan and monitor the weekly team schedule while ensuring a full coverage and share it with the concerned parties
Others
- Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and best practices in the field;
Perform other job-related duties as assigned based on business need
